conditions (made simple)
We know that many of you are hesitant to book a ticket for an event that will take place in a few months and that you want to know what happens with your ticket if the situation changes.
Attending an event and also planning it is a challenge for both participants and organizers. In the current context we have revised and simplified the Terms and Conditions for participation in our events taking into account 2 possible scenarios.
Scenario no. 1: The event cannot be held because the authorities decide to postpone it.
Option 1. If you have purchased a Risk Free ticket and the event is postponed, the value of the ticket will be refunded in full. In case of postponement of the Event, the Risk Free option guarantees you the possibility to fully recover the value of the price paid for the ticket, by a request sent to dan@salsaaddictedfestival.com until March 1st. All refunds for applications made on time will be made by April 1, 2023.
Option 2. If you purchased an access ticket without the Risk Free option and the event is postponed, the ticket is automatically transferred to SAF 2024 or SALSIFICADO 2023.
Scenario no. 2: You can no longer attend the event for personal reasons.
Option 1. If you have purchased a Risk Free ticket and decide to cancel up to March 1st for personal reasons of any kind, you may:
A. inform us by email and transfer the ticket to SAF 2024 or SALSIFICADO 2023
B. inform us by email and sell the ticket to another person (until March 7th, 2023)
C. request the full recovery of the value of the price paid for the ticket - less the Risk Free fee in the amount of 50 lei - by a request sent to dan@salsaaddictedfestival.com by March 1st. All refunds for applications made on time will be made until April 1st, 2023.
Option 2. If you purchased an access ticket without the Risk Free option and decide to cancel up to March 1st for personal reasons of any kind, please inform us by email and sell the ticket to another person (until March 7th, 2023).
All options are free. Consider your decision by the specified dates. After those dates, your ticket can no longer be refunded, sold or transferred.
